Hamlett-Dobson considers pets to be a part of the family, and that is why we established Cherished Companions Pet Crematory. 

Our concern for proper cremation procedures led to our decision to construct an on-site human crematory in 2004 and pet crematory in 2008. This allows Hamlett-Dobson to ensure the absolute highest standards of care and accountability. We maintain state-of-the-art equipment in an impeccably clean facility, and observe strict procedures that guarantee the highest legal and ethical standards. 

At Cherished Companions, our professional staff will care for your pet from the moment you contact us and this care will continue through the cremation process.

Price List

Standard Pet Cremation: $145
Includes a cremation container, the cremation, a
decorative wooden urn, and a cremation certificate-your pet’s cremated remains will be available for pick-up at our offices within 10 days.
(If pet weighs more than 100 lbs., a $1 per pound additional fee will    be charged)

Priority Pet Cremation: $195
Includes all of the above-listed services-and your pet’s cremated remains will be available for pick-up at our offices within 72 hours.

Transfers for pets: $95
Includes transfer of pet from residence or veterinary clinic* within a 25 mile radius of our offices. Transfer hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
($1.50 per mile additional charge outside a 25 mile radius)
* This fee does not apply for regularly scheduled transfers from selected veterinary clinics. Please speak with your vet for further details.

Delivery of Pet's Cremated Remains: $45
Includes delivery of pet's cremated remains to residence within a 25 mile radius of our offices. Delivery hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
($1.50 per mile additional charge outside a 25 mile radius)

Payment for all services is due prior to cremation.
