Patsy A. Manis

Patsy A. Manis, 55, of Kingsport, passed away suddenly Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at her home. A native of Blackwater, VA she was the daughter of the late Ballard and Leona Moore Allen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Donihe and brother, Dennis Allen.

Patsy is survived by her son, William Brad Manis; sisters, Karlene Snodgrass, Arlene Stacy and Marlene Smith, all of Kingsport; brothers, Boyd Allen and Clifford Allen both of Kingsport; one granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Michael Donihe.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. The service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Glenn Hicks officiating.
