Billie Jessee, a woman of strong faith and a loving heart, passed away on August 29, 2017 in Kingsport, at the age of 74.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence Edward and Maude Belle Litton, brother James Edward Litton, and sisters Barbara Ann Litton and Wilma Jane Charles.

She is survived by her daughter Lynne and son-in-law Stan Kastal of Maryland, daughter Cynthia Vanzant of Johnson City, granddaughter Monica Vanzant of Kingsport, and sister Stanza "Tootsie" Chase of Kingsport.

Special thanks and appreciation to her caregiver Joy Robinson, and treasured friend Trish Lovin.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home in Kingsport.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park.
