Alfred L. Blanz
Msgt. Alfred L. Blanz Sr., 85, retired U.S. Air Force and U.S. Postal Service, formally of Port St. Lucie, FL., went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 10, 2010.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Jean J. Blanz; five children: Nancy G. Reed of Guymon, OK., Alfred L. Blanz, Jr. of Stuart, FL., Katherine M. Mills of Miami, FL., Suzanne S. Shaffer of Miami, FL., Amy B. Gandy of Kingsport, TN.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
