Arnold "Butch" Bolling, Jr.

1955 – 2024

Arnold “Butch" Bolling, Jr., 69 of Kingsport, passed away on May 11, 2024. He was born in Norton, VA to parents, Arnold and Mary Lou Bolling. Butch attended Pharmacy School at the University of Tennessee and served the Kingsport community as a Pharmacist at Colonial Heights Pharmacy for over 25 years. He was an avid hiker and completed the Appalachian Trail. He loved sports and was a passionate Tennessee Vols fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his brother, Jonathan Bolling (Gloria); niece, Jessica Emmert; niece, Rebecca “Joy” Scott (John); several cousins; and special friend, Patty Dillowe. Butch also leaves behind many special friends and his beloved pets and faithful companions, Henry, Lydi, Etta and Willa.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
