Barbara Ellen Lipscomb

Barbara Ellen Lipscomb, age 98, passed away Tuesday 6/17/25 at home peacefully and of natural causes. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jefferson (Tommy), in 2002.

Survivors include devoted and loving son Alan, also of Kingsport, Tennessee, estranged daughter Sara and husband Dale Kelly of Cummings, Georgia, distant granddaughter, Whitney Street and great grandchildren Michael and Tinsley Street of Anderson, South Carolina.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, 6/21/2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, 491 Beulah Church Rd, Kingsport, TN 37663.

Pallbearers will be Steven Spell, Jackie Bradshaw, Larry Sells, Michael Malone, Jimmy Bowser and Ronald Sells.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alan Lipscomb in pursuit of all-natural cancer / comfort care.
