Billy Joe Repass

Billy Joe Repass, 72, passed away on September 26, 2022 at Holston Valley Medical Center, after a brief illness.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, W. P. and Vona Repass; brothers, Ransom and Roscoe; sister, Freda Gibson and son, Scott Shepherd; brothers-in-law, Gary and Jeff Felty; nephew, Josh Hilliard.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Repass; daughters, Becky Seymore and Rick, Crystal Repass; son, Jason Felty; granddaughters, Kendra and Candi Seymore, Aliyah Felty; great granddaughter, Addie; brother, Bob Repass; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
