Billy Gene Skeen
Billy Gene Skeen, 61, Fall Branch, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014.
Billy Gene had a very kind heart. He loved his family, friends, and animals.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carlos Skeen; and his brother, Joseph Allen Skeen.
Billy Gene is survived by his mother, Lena Skeen; his brother, Charles Skeen and wife, Jeannie; aunts, Estelle Wheatley, Savannah, GA, and Charlotte Hughes Grubbs, Chuckey, TN; uncle, Richard Skeen, Pound, VA; nephew, Jamie Skeen; special cousin, Linda Hughes Dawson; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch Chapel. The service will follow at 8 pm with Rev. Ronnie Baxter officiating.
The graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11 am at Bethany Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Chuckey, TN.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Beamer and Lonnie Compton.
