It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Blaine Carver on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Blaine was born on October 18, 1939, in Kingsport, TN, to the late Granville and Claudia Carver.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight sisters and one brother.

 

Those left to cherish Blaine’s memory include his loyal wife of 54 years, Judy Carver; sons, Kevin (Donna) and Michael (Cindy); grandchildren, Gracie, Mason, Ava, Emme, Desiree, Kamryn, Ashley, Maddy, Ezekiel, and Abigail; four great-grandchildren, sister, Shirley Neeley; special brother-in-law, Pat Neeley; and several nieces and nephews.

 

The family will receive friends from 12-1:30pm Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. A graveside service will be at 2pm Monday at Holston View Cemetery. Music will be provided by grandson, Ezekiel and The Virginia Boys.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Blaine’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
