Bobbi Jo Edwards was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She left this world suddenly, peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at age 67.
She was born to Shirley Ann Burrows and the late Bobbie Lee House on December 28, 1956 and had 8 siblings, 5 surviving, Barb, Gary, Max, Tammy and Jody. 3 in Heaven, Chris, Julie and David.
Bobbi Jo loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies and great-grandbabies. She loved sitting out on the deck and couldn’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy her new one. She loved showing us new recipes she would find, and loved watching her favorite tv shows.
Bobbi Jo is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Arthur Edwards; two sons, Dwain (Allison) White, Marcus (Gina) White; one daughter, Amanda (Dennis) Tittle; two step-daughters, Rebecca (Michael) Graber, Katie (Brent) Long; and one step-son Douglas Connor. She had several grandchildren, Christopher, Marcus, Clyde, Cheyanne (Blane), Meghan, Isabella, Kayden, Kaleb, Christine, Adam, Dakota, Hunter, Braylynne, Brexton, Micah and an unborn grandson who she was excited to meet. Several great-grandchildren, Piper, “her precious boy” Liam and “her little Indian baby” Athena, as well as an unborn great-grandson, Payton, whom she was so excited to meet. Bobbi Jo also had many, many, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Bobbi Jo’s wishes were to be cremated. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7pm on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Hamlet Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
