Brenda Higgins
Brenda Higgins, 74, of Greeneville, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her best friend, Debbie Crouse Marshall; and in-laws, Tyler and Carrie Ramey.
Brenda is survived by her partner of 30 years, Earnest Ramey; children, Veronica Higgins (Matthew Smith), Tammy Higgins, and Gessica Jude (Robbie); grandchildren, Travis Celia and Olivia Zimmerman; and sister-in-law, Brenda Roberts.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
