Brent Burke

Brent Edwin Burke, 48, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord suddenly on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 following a brief illness.  Brent was born in Kingsport.  He graduated from University High and attended ETSU.  Brent was an avid sports fan and pop culture art enthusiast.  Brent is leaving behind his beloved Puggles and cats.  He loved his friends and family with all his heart.  He was a devoted and proud father to his “Bama.”

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Melinda Burke.

Brent is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Adams; daughter, Gracie Belle Alabama Burke; sister, Alison Burke; several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 pm Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 p.m.
