Bud Holland

Bud Holland, 87, of Fall Branch, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Bud was a lifelong resident of Washington County where he had worked hard as a farmer. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his 3 wives; 3 children; 1 grandson; and his parents.

Bud is survived by his daughter, Penny Garland and husband, Stephen; sons, Jim Holland wife, Tina, and Vestil Holland Jr. and wife, Diana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Romaine Williams, Maxie Poore and husband, Jack; and Bonnie Perian; special niece, Joann Tesnear; and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 5-7:00 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Roy Morelock, Rev. Bob Simpson and Rev. Clifford Dalton officiating.

The graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday at Bacon-Kincheloe Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
