Caiden Burgett

Caiden Burgett, 17, passed away on June 11, 2023, at St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on November 10, 2005 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Charlie Burgett and Brandy Smith.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rosa Wilson and great aunt, Gail Hurst.

Caiden is survived by his daughter, Rylie Rigney; mother, Brandy Smith; stepfather, Jason Smith; father, Charlie Burgett; brothers, Colton Burgett and Abel Smith; stepsister, Destiny Ferrell; nephew, Kamdyn; grandparents, Gary and Velma Dotson, Carolyn Dotson and Bonnie and Harold Smith; and a host of other family and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 4pm - 6pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at East Tennessee Funeral Home. A service will follow the visitation. Burial will take place at 11am on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at East Tennessee Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
