Carole K. Hubble

Carole K. Hubble, 84, of Kingsport passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at her residence. Born on August 3, 1940 to the late Rev. Joe T. and Mrs. June M. Keeble. She was a graduate of Berea College with a B.S. in nursing. Carole worked in various capacities in nursing and was instrumental in starting the Hospice program at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a member at Vermont United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing piano for church related activities for many years at Ketron Memorial UMC.

Carole was preceded in death by her first husband, Ed Oxley; her second husband, Robert (Bob) Hubble; grandson, Ben Hubble; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Michael Rawlings.

Survivors include her nephew, Christopher Rawlings; sons, Gary and Becky Hubble, Danny and Teresa Hubble; grandchildren, Christy and Brian Beane, Jessica and Mike Dockery, Jennifer Hubble Brown and husband Jason; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at East Lawn Memorial Park.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at Vermont United Methodist Church with Rev. Kim Isley-Selby officiating. The family will receive friends following this service.
