Carolyn Crosswhite

Carolyn Crosswhite, age 88, of Church Hill, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. She was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Carolyn was employed as a typesetter at Kingsport Press for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester “Don” Crosswhite; parents, E.E. and Beulah Mullins; and brother, Sonny Mullins.

Carolyn is survived by her son, Lester Crosswhite Jr. and wife, Melissa; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am – 12:00pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. A service will follow at 12:00pm with Pastor Craig Needham officiating. Burial will follow at Church Hill Memory Gardens.
