Charles William "Billy" Cross

Charles W. “Billy” Cross, 72, of Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025. He was a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School. Charlie was a Veteran of the US Army having served during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the American Legion Posts 3/265 and a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America. 

Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Cross.

Survivors include his son, Robby Ramsey.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Military honors by the American Legion Posts 3/265.
