Christine Yankee

Christine Hobbs Yankee, 51, of Gray, TN, passed away on March 7, 2023, after a brief illness. She was born on January 28, 1972, in Kingsport, TN. Christine graduated from Sullivan Central High School and attended the University of Tennessee. She was a former employee of Aldebaran Financial for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Yankee; and parents, Raymond and Dinah Gail Robinson Hobbs.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Olivia and Ella Yankee; special aunt, Marie Hobbs; and her beloved calico cat, Rosie.

A Celebration of Life Service for Christine and Mark (who passed in 2019) will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Warriors Path State Park (Shelter #5 on Duck Island) in Kingsport, TN. Light refreshments will be served.
