Clalie Carico
Clalie Carico, 84, Kingsport, died at 7:45 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2012 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness.
Clalie was born in Scott County, Virginia and had been a resident of Kingsport for most of her life. She was of the Baptist faith.
Her husband, James H. Carico; two sons, Curtis and Bobby Carico; and daughter, Ruby Pugh preceded her in death.
Survivors include Kathy "Sue" Carrico, Roy Carico and Bruce Carico, all of Kingsport; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will follow at 12 noon Monday at Lane Cemetery in Midway, Virginia. Family will serve as pallbearers.
A special thanks to everyone who helped with the care of Clalie.
