Clarice Lillie Maddox
Clarice Lillie Maddox of Kingsport passed away January 21, 2016, at her home. Clarice was a life-long member of Kendricks Creek United Methodist Church (KCUMC).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Reba Fulkerson; infant daughter, Janet; sister, Jewell Johnson and late husband, Joe Yarbrough.
Clarice is survived by her husband, John Maddox; three daughters, Tammy Moore, Debra Keith and husband, Mike, and Lillian Maddox; sister, Brenda Strickler and husband, Ross; grandchildren, Samael Bellamy, Jennifer Parsons, Cody May, and Kaylee Keith; three great-grandchildren; nephews, Chris and Mark Strickler and Steven Johnson; and best friend, Sandra Murray.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Kendricks Creek United Methodist Church on Sunday, January 31, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Susan Lankford officiating. Music will be provided by the Strickler Quartet. A reception of friends will follow the service in the KCUMC Family Life Center.
Memorial donations may be made to the KCUMC Building Fund, 1000 Kendrick Creek Rd., Kingsport, TN 37663.
