Clyde E. Jones

Clyde E. Jones, 74, Church Hill, was called home at 4:30 pm on Monday, May 6, 2019.  Born in Washington County, TN. Clyde had lived in Church Hill since 1981. He was an employee of ARA and Pet Dairy working in sales.  He was a member of New Fellowship Ministries.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Ruth Jones.

Clyde is survived by his wife, Joyce McCracken Jones of the home; his dog, Sable; special friends, Eddie and Opal Carr and Noah; and several nieces, nephews & cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Johnny Carney and Pastor Tommy Haynes officiating.

The graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Kinkaid Cemetery in Mt. Carmel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
