Donald G. Walters

Donald G. Walters, 85, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023.

Donald is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sarah McCoy Walters; his three children, Jeannie Ballard and husband Billy, Susie Pedersen and husband Steve, Don Walters and wife Marlo; his six grandchildren, Joey Ballard, Jessie Pedersen, Sarah Pedersen, Steven Pedersen, Maddie Walters, and Carly Walters; his brother, Billy Walters and wife Kathy; his loved sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, followed by a service at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of East Tennessee, Tri-Cities Office, 301 Louis Street, Suite #301, Kingsport, TN 37660, or a charity of your choice in his honor.
