Edith Goins
Edith R. Goins, 81, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at her home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Goins was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Goins, and a son, David Goins.
She is survived by a son, Steve Goins, and wife Colleen, of Kingsport, and three grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, and Amy.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will be conducted at 7:00, with Dr. Ron Davis officiating.
Graveside services will be on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park.
Memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one?s choice.
