Elizabeth Ann Lee Dotson

Elizabeth Ann Lee Dotson of Blountville, TN went to dwell with the Lord in the peace of her home on April 11, 2024. She was a dedicated and devoted wife of 63 years and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her family. A faithful member of Charity Baptist Church, Elizabeth was also an avid animal lover, leaving behind her faithful dog, Scrappy.

She was preceded in death by her children, Angela Alishe and Francis Juanita Dotson; parents, Arlie and Francis Lee; and sister, Barbara Jean Pledger.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bob H. Dotson; children, Bob Dotson, Jr. (Robin), and LeeAnna Neece (Darrell); eight grandchildren, Kandice Carroll (Shawn), Brandon Dotson (Kimberly), Pike Mink (Mariah), Amanda Jones (Steven), Ryan Dotson (Sarah), Jessica Lambert, Darrell Scott Neece, and Zack Neece (Adrian); nineteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special thanks to cousin, Carol Ann Collins.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Charity Baptist Church, Blountville, TN. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Morris officiating.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Perry Cleek officiating.
