Elizabeth "Libby" Sampson

Libby Sampson, 70 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Born in Hinton, WV, she had resided most of her life in Kingsport. Libby had worked as a registered nurse at a hospital in Beckley, WV. She was a member of Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church.

Libby was preceded in death by her husband, David Sampson; son, Jonathon Sampson; her parents and one brother.

She is survived by a host of many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
