Ellen Cradic

Ellen Cradic, 47, of Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.  Born in Kingsport, where she had resided all of her life, Ellen was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Carla Ann Carter; and son, Jonathan Cradic.

 Ellen is survived by her daughter, Brittany Cradic of Kingsport; son, Charles Cradic of Kingsport; grandchildren, Savannah, McKinley, Emmerick and Kelan; mother, JoAnne Casteel of Jonesborough; father, Carl Edward Casteel of Kingsport; brothers, Robert Casteel and wife, Nina of Jonesborough, and Carl Anthony Webb of Kingsport; fiancé, Robert Monroe Metcalf; special friend, Larry Castle; and special companion, “Iszy.”

The family will receive friends from 4-6:00 pm on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 with Rev. Jerry Scalf officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
