He is preceded in death by his parents; Hiram Kaywood and Jessie Qualls Kaywood, Infant son; Freddy Kaywood Jr, Brother; Billy Joe Kaywood, Sammy Kaywood, Junior Kaywood and Bob Hickam.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Georgia Kaywood, Son: Freddy Kaywood III and wife Christy, Grandchildren; Alyssa Kaywood, Bailey Kaywood and Jesse Kaywood, Brothers; J.D. Kaywood, Ed Kaywood & Paul Kaywood.
Several nieces and nephews.
At Freddy's request, there will be a private graveside service at East Tennessee Cemetery.
East Tennessee Funeral Home is honored and humbled to serve the Kaywood Family.
