Gerlene Fugate
Gerlene Fugate, 76, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Wexford House. She was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Donna Lynn Fugate.
Gerlene is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frank Fugate of Kingsport; daughter, Donna Grizzel and husband, Rick of Kingsport; son, Jim Fugate and wife, Diane of Church Hill; two grandchildren, John Fugate, and Sarah Grayer and husband, Donnie; four sisters, Beth Light of Johnson City, Ethel Haynes of Las Vegas, NV, Peggy Lane of Kingsport and Patricia McCoy of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 20th from 10-11:00 am at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Roy Graves officiating.
Burial will follow the funeral service at East Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
