Hal Gene Cox

Hal Gene Cox, 64, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 7, 2024, at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN. Gene was born in Johnson City and had lived in the Kingsport area for most of his life. He was an avid UT sports fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Eva Cox.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park with Pastor Ryan Shaffer officiating.
