Harold Jobe

Harold "Cotton" Jobe, 68, of Kingsport, went to his heavenly home to join his mother and father on Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Harold was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to many and a very hard worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Base and Sarah Jobe; sister, Pauline Crawford; twins, Stella and Stanley Jobe; and step-daughter, Virginia Richards.

Harold is survived by his wife, Barbara Jobe; daughters, Robin Jobe Crawford of Kingsport, Sarah Jobe and boyfriend, Josh Littleton of Kingsport, and Kimberly Morgan and husband, Scott of Kingsport; sons, Tommy Jobe, Harold Jobe, Jr. and fiancée, Tina Morelock of Kingsport, and Scotty Jobe and wife, Helen of Kingsport; fifteen grandchildren; sister, Sue Thacker and husband, Jim of Church Hill; brother, Jimmy Jobe and wife, Bernice of North Carolina; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 24th from 12-2:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Fall Branch. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. David Morgan and Pastor Arlis Rapier officiating.

Burial will follow at Lone Star Cemetery. Family will serve as pallbearers.
