Helen M. Eastep, 87, Limestone, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Johnson City Medical Center. Helen was a member of Cherry Hill Freewill Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Eastep; son, Gary Eastep; two grandsons, Lynn Eastep and Kim Eastep; parents, Charlie and Artie Ward; and three brothers, Roy, Ray and Robert "Pup" Ward; and sister, Patsy Gray.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Emily Jones and husband, Eddie; four sons, Howard Eastep and wife, Karen, Sammy Eastep and wife, Arleen, David Eastep and wife, Saundra, and Charlie Eastep and wife, Peggy, all of Limestone; fifteen grandchildren, Robbie, Larry, Chris, Eddie, Michelle, Landon, Julie, Shandon, Dustin, Michael, Mickey, Sissy, Laura, Amber and Michael; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Georgia Drain and Mary "Dickey" Dunn, both of Fall Branch; brother, Don Ward and wife, Clara of Fall Branch; three sisters-in-law, Linda Ward, Eunice Jones and Bobbie Ward; brother-in-law, Ben Shipley; and several nieces and nephews.

A special thank to Pro Care for their many years of service provided and to all of their employees.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm at Cherry Hill Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. Harold Morelock officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons.
