Jack Lawrence Rose, Jack, 80, passed away on September 13, 2024, of complications due to Alzheimer’s Disease. He was surrounded by family and friends. Jack was born March 21st, 1944, in Clintwood, VA , to Lawrence “Bose” and Hazel Rose.

Jack loved to fish. He lived for fishing and Harleys. If you needed to find him you just had to go to the river bank or the middle of a lake. He was a prominent figure for the kids’ fishing day in Haysi. He put a lot into that event for many years. He loved being a papaw and a fishing friend to many.

Brothers, Harold and wife Ann, Glen and wife Delana; three grandchildren, Alex Rose, Tara Rose, and Madison Presley; and two very special ladies in his life, Kemberly Turner Mullins and Chloe Stewart.
