James Lewis Clonce, 66, of Nashville, formerly of Kingsport, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2007, at Saint Thomas Hospital.
He was born in Kingsport where he had lived most of his life before moving to Nashville 15 years ago. Mr. Clonce retired from ABS Freight Lines as a truck driver.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert and Bonnie Clonce; and a sister, Eula Carroll.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Hodge Clonce, Nashville; two sons, Jimmy Clonce and wife, Mary, and Jeff Clonce and wife Michelle, all of Nashville; four grandchildren, Matthew Clonce, Zackery Clonce, Quinton Clonce, and Taylor Clonce; three sisters, Jean Clonce, Patsy Southers and Ruth Beverly, all of Kingsport; two brothers, Robert Clonce and Sammy Clonce, both of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at East Lawn Memorial Park.
