Jameson Cody Stacy

Jameson Cody Stacy a bright, curious little boy with a wonderful imagination and a mind that was constantly busy solving problems and figuring things out. He loved Danny Go!, Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, Bluey, Pop Pop’s trains, puzzles, Spiderman, coloring sheets, going through the car wash, riding the tractor and telling stories, especially when he could hold an audience. Jameson noticed things by studying them and when it captured his attention, he gave himself completely; whether fitting together pieces of a puzzle, playing with his trains, creating a story and coloring pictures, Jameson gave it every ounce of his never-ending energy. He knew no stranger, everyone was his friend.

He shared his enthusiasm for life from the very beginning with his twin sissy Ila, and his big sissy Ray Ray who deeply loved him. The three together filled their home with noise, play, arguments, laughter, and ordinary to extraordinary little moments that make a childhood and a family. One of Jameson’s favorite songs was by Danny Go! and you could find him singing along “No matter the quest, I’ll give it my best, won’t be afraid, I’ll find a way to save the day, I’m the bravest knight, And I’ll stand my ground, No I won’t back down, Cause I’m a knight, The bravest knight, And I stand my ground, No I won’t back down, the bravest knight.”

In three short years Jameson created memories and filled the lives around him with limitless love, energy and joy. Jameson, was loved beyond measures by his mommy and daddy Miranda and Gavin Stacy; his twin sissy Ila, and big sissy Rayleigh, his grandparents Grammy Tammy and Pop Pop Randy Honaker, Mamaw Sara and Pap Sam Morelock, and Papaw Kevin and Katie Stacy. Several aunts, uncles and cousins and two cats.

Jameson will forever live in our hearts and be remembered for his bright light which shined through his eyes, smile and dimple. Jameson was here, he was ours, he loved beyond words and will sing and dance in our memories.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at Hamlett-Dobson on Saturday September 26, 2026 from 2-4pm. We ask that you wear blue as Jameson would say – “Blue, that’s my Favorite Color!”
