Janet Chatman

Janet Chatman, 70, of Fall Branch, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Born in Kingsport, she had resided most of her life in Fall Branch. Janet was a faithful follower of Jesus. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Templeton.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Rex Chatman, Sr.; four sons, Rex Chatman, II and wife Pam, Adam Chatman and wife Ashley, Briddger Chatman, Dakota Chatman and wife Alyssa; six grandchildren, Grayson, Raelynn, Brent, Carter, Dallas and Brooke; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Janet will be held, Friday, December 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park, Blountville.

Pallbearers will be her sons and honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
