Jerry "Pete" Hickman

Jerry "Pete" Peters Hickman, 64, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at her home. She was a life-long resident of Kingsport and was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hickman; her parents; seven sisters; and one brother.

"Pete" is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Jones and husband, Tim, Jonesborough; three sons, Jack Allen Martin, Kingsport, Mack Peters, Greeneville, and Johnny Peters, Kingsport; three step-daughters; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Kelly Dykes officiating.
The graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
