Jerry Lee Wilson

Jerry Lee Wilson age 79, of Fall Branch went home to be with our Lord and Savior on November 5, while surrounded by family and friends. Jerry was a lifetime member of Fall Branch Volunteer Fire Dept where he currently served on the board of directors. He was a previous Asst Chief and always enjoyed helping others. He is a member of Lovelace Baptist Church and retired from Hajoca Corp.

Born in Johnson City and raised in the Eastern Star Community, he had lived in Fall Branch for 58 years.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents John Frank Wilson and Mary Wilson Bradley. His mother and father in law Clifford and Alta Carr who treated him like a son. Brother-in-law Zane Lady.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife for 58 years, Janice Carr Wilson. Daughter Scarlett Nelms and husband Donny. Granddaughter Annabelle Nelms, who was the light of his life. Sister Nancy Lady, and Nephews David (Summer) Lady, and Daniel (Mary) Lady. Also special great nephews Jaxon Shelton and Callum Lady. A host of Brother and Sister in Laws and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 pm Sunday Nov. 9 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The graveside service will follow at Lovelace Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev Kenny Whaley and Rev Kyle Scott officiating.
