Joan Bradley Bowery
Joan Bradley Bowery, 77, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 21, 2009.
She lived in Kingsport her entire life and was a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School. She was a member of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Bowery loved caring for her family and spending time planting flowers in the Spring.
Her parents, Walter A. and Dewey S. Bradley; husband, Denver L. Bowery; and brother, Billy M. Bradley preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Alan L. Bowery; two sisters, Christine Greer and husband Howard; and Estelle Free, and a brother, Wallace R. Bradley, all of Kingsport, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 5-7:00 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home Kingsport, TN.
Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Tom Seay officiating.
Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at East Lawn Memorial Park.
