John Fuller Dykes, Sr.

John Fuller Dykes, Sr., 60, of Kingsport, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022. He worked construction all his life as a drywall installer until his health required him to retire. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Kay Dykes.
John is survived by his son, John Fuller Dykes, Jr., and fiancé Brittnie Williams; grandchildren, Dana Marie Bright, Aaron Weber, Kayla Weber, and Adam Jordan; great-grandchild, Race Bright; brothers, Georgie Lawson, James Lawson, and Stacy Lawson; and niece, Rachel Lawson.
