Johnny Lane

Johnny Lane, 73, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 18, 2023. Johnny had retired from General Shale.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Delcie Lane; sister, Loise Lisenby; and brother, Jerry Lane.

Johnny is survived by his wife of 48 years, Connie Lane; daughter, Carrie Collier and husband Monty; son, John Jacob Lane; six grandchildren, Kayla Collier, Josiah Collier, Nikolas Collier and wife Hayley, Jeremiah Collier, Madison Collier, and Hailee Jade Jones; three sisters; three brothers; and several nieces and nephews. 

There will be no formal service. Johnny’s wishes were to be cremated.
