Joseph Carl Hite
Joseph Carl Hite, 16, of Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was a student at Sullivan South High School. Joseph was loved by many and will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Good; aunt, Gail Hite; and uncle, Dayton Marshall.
Joseph is survived by his father, Bobby Hite Joe of Kingsport; mother, Sherrie Good Gilreath and friend, Johnny Ray of Kingsport; brother, Bobby Wayne Hite, Jr; two sisters, Brittany Leann Hite and Shiloh Gibson; nephew, Haiden Hite; paternal grandparents, Carl and Ruth Hite; maternal grandmother, Helen Good; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 22nd from 4-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Johnny Gibson and Rev. Johnny Gordon officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 23rd at 1:00 pm at Marshall-Fish Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Shane Gragg, Shawn Gragg, James Crawford, Daniel Compton, Adam Fields, Josh Fowler, Zach Frost and Eric Sanders.
