Juanita Ruth Hensley, born in Kingsport on April 30, 1933, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Lucille Carr.
Surviving are four daughters, Vicki Heath and husband, Robin, Charleston, SC, Val Dobler and husband Richard, Stanfield, NC, Kim Frketic and husband Louis, Callahan, FL, and Wendy Warren and husband, Adam, Culpepper, VA. She is also survived by three brothers, Don Carr, Charles L. Carr and Haynes Carr. Juanita will be deeply missed by her 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and a large number of nieces, nephews and other close relatives.
The funeral will be Monday July 12 at 11:00 am with the family receiving friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport, with Rev. Robin Heath officiating.
Burial will follow at Lovelace Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be six of her grandsons.
