Judith Osborne Kindle

Judith Osborne Kindle, 84, of Kingsport, passed away on November 4, 2025. Judith was born and raised in the Southwest, VA area. She attended and graduated from Lynn View High School in 1959. Following her schooling, she began her career in the legal field as an assistant, and then as a court reporter for many years. Judith married the love of her life, Hezekiah, in 1960 and together they raised their only son, Joel. She was a devoted Christian and member of Morrison City Church where she was active in the choir for many years. Judith loved to sing and paint and was a very talented artist.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita Ramsey and Robert Osborne; husband, Hezekiah Kindle; sisters, Janice Fields (Dick) and Patricia Kalamvocas (John),.

Survivors include her son, Joel Kindle and his wife, Robin; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved dog, Lucy.

The family would like to extend special thanks to her best friend and caregiver, Brenda Hyatt.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 5:00 – 6:30pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:30pm in the funeral home chapel with Bob Underwood officiating.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 12:00pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
