Lola Mae Hensley Estepp, age 92, of Fall Branch, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on May 3, 2025. Born and raised in Limestone, TN, she attended Washington College.
The joy of her life was taking care of her family, friends and neighbors. Every Sunday at noon, the family gathers around her table. The tradition continued by her children even after she was unable to prepare the meal.
Lola Mae worked at Magnavox in Greeneville for 25 years and retired in 1992.
Lola Mae was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Raymond Estepp; her parents, Clarence and Annis Hensley; brothers, Jake, Bob, and Junior Hensley; and sister, Emma Broyles.
Survivors include her children, Jane Littleton, Larry Estepp (Teresa), Gary Estepp (Renee’), Sharon Rose (Clyde), Jeff Estepp and Missy McMurray (Anthony); 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 5, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Urbana Cemetery in Limestone.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Pierson, Ethan Estepp, Noah Estepp, Anthony McMurray, Josh Link, and Crockett Goode.
The family would like to express appreciation to the wonderful nurses and staff of Amedisys Hospice Care for the excellent care and support they provided.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Urbana Cemetery Association, P. O. Box 211, Limestone, TN 37681.
