Lowell Powell
Lowell Powell, 89, of Kingsport, died Friday, January 8, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
A memorial service for Lowell Powell will be held at Mafair United Methodist Church, 1409 E. Center Street, Kingsport, TN 37664 on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Visitation will follow the service.
Due to Covid-19, the family request that masks be worn.
