Mary "Ruthie" Byrd, 56, Kingsport, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011.
Survived by husband of 33 years, Kenny Byrd; son, Robbie Byrd; sisters, Glenda Overbay and fiance, Bobby Derick, Dorothy Kirk, and Ann Sue True; brother, Bobby Strong and wife, Bonnie; mother-in-law, Martha Powers; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 11th at 2:00 p.m. at the Strong Family Cemetery in Goshen Valley, Pastor Garry Eades to officiate.
