Mary Lane Gardner
Mary Luverne Lane Gardner, 75, of Afton, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. She was a great wife, mother, and grandmother and a devoted Christian. She was a member of the Fall Branch Full Gospel Church.
Mrs. Gardner was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill Lane, Earl Lane, and Harvey Lane; and sisters, Opal Adkins and Jessie Seymore.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Eldon Gardner; daughters, Debra Black and husband Boyd, Angela Eads and husband Richard, Carrie Gray, and Jennifer Jackson and fiance Gary Addington; sons, Jeffery Andreshak and Eldon Stanford Gardner; thirteen grandchildren; sisters, Mae Gregg and husband Carl, Goldie Booker and husband Virgil, and Ellan Dillard and husband Bob; and brothers, Virgil Lane and wife Betty and Gene Forbs.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert F. Seymore and Rev. Wayne Waycaster officiating.
Burial will be on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. in the Church of Christ Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
