Mary Mitchell
Mary Mitchell, 85, Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 9, 2009 at Holston Manor.
She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and of the Holiness faith.
Her husband, Jessee Mitchell; one son, Donnie East; four brothers; and one sister preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Michael East and wife Betty, Kingsport; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Reba Beckner, Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will follow at 8 p.m.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
