Melissa Gibson Killebrew

Melissa Gibson Killebrew, 63 of Fall Branch, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus on Saturday, October 19, 2024. She was a lifelong resident of Fall Branch. Melissa was formerly employed by Kingsport Press in Hawkins County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many.

Melissa was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Carolyn Gibson.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Killebrew; daughter, Ashley Collier; grandson, Ethan Collier; sister, Lori Bledsoe; brother, Lynn Gibson and wife, Trish; aunt, Nancy Kendrick Christian; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. James Killebrew officiating.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Fall Branch Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
