O.E. Buddy Smith
O.E. "Buddy" Smith, 87, Louisville, TN, died Saturday, July 20, 2012 at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Buddy was a 1941 graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy T. Smith; son, Eric Smith and wife, Margarita; two daughters, Madelaine Leonard and husband, David, and Dorlisa Kardosh; four grandchildren, Alan, Ryan and Shelby Kardosh, and Lauren Leonard; and two nephews, Jeff and Rodney Coker.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, July 28th at 12:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Dale M. Gilbert officiating. Friends are welcome to attend the service.
